This privacy policy applies to the Scribblly app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created as a free, ad-supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

These third-party ad networks may use Advertising IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID) and cookies/device identifiers to serve personalized ads based on your interests and past usage.
We do not store or retain any personal data on our servers. All game-state data (drawings, player scores, temporary usernames) exists only in active memory and is permanently destroyed the moment a game session concludes. We rely on the security protocols of our hosting platforms to protect data in transit.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
